Payment conditions

We demand 100% pre-payment for the services booked by you.
If you book a hotel 2-6 months in advance you may pre-pay 10-50% of the total price as a guarantee of reservation at the time you do booking. The rest of the sum should be paid before arrival by the time specified by us.

In some cases as a matter of prior discussion:
if you have done partial pre-payment you may pay the rest of the sum in cash on check-in day or on the next day after check-in.

Form of payment: bank transfer or credit card.
If you prefer to pay by bank transfer we will send you Invoice by e-mail or by fax.
If you prefer to pay by credit card we will send you a Mail Order Form by e-mail or by fax. Mail Order Form should be filled in, signed and sent back by fax.
