Spahotel Palace****
History: Hotel Palace is one the finest hotels in Marianske Lazne, and
its tradition goes far back. It was constructed in 1836 as the Three Pheasants Inn, a
single-storey building then. In 1905 it was completed and acquired the appearance of
today. It was entered in the books as a hotel named Bueno Retiro. After a complete
re-development in 1993, the category **** hotel was reconstituted. It is situated in the
Main Street, 100 m off the spa colonnade. From the very beginning to the present day, it
has been a hotel of the highest standard, and among its clientele there have always been
personalities of European politics, science and arts. J.W.Goethe, T.G. Masaryk and T.A.
Edison were among the hotel guests.
Accommodation: Three single rooms, 37 double rooms and fifteen suites
equipped with Louis XIV style furniture. All the rooms have private bathrooms and toilets,
satellite TV and telephone.
Supporting services: Beauty salon, pedicure, manicure, sauna, solarium,
steam bath and whirlpool. If requested, tennis, golf, horse riding, hunting and fishing
may be arranged for.
Cathering: The French restaurant with 240 seats, Goethe style cafe with
46 seats and Louis XIV night wine bar with 55 seats make a stay in the luxurious hotel
extremely pleasant. A lounge with 25 seats and a summer and a winter terrace are also
available.
Compherensive treatment: The hotel provides the entire range of spa
treatment, gynaecological therapy and regeneration treatment for seniors. The hotel
operates spa treatment departments of its own.
